This Privacy Policy outlines the management procedures for the website https://www.symbiagro.com, established by Symbiagro SRL, located at Via dell’Artigianato 1/A, 25030 Roncadelle (BS), VAT no. 03908340981, as the “Data Controller” of the personal data collected concerning the processing of personal data of users accessing the website. This is a general notice made in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 “Code regarding the protection of personal data” and Article 13 of the EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereafter, “GDPR”) applicable to all who use the website. Specific notices will be provided for the use of particular services by the users, and specific consents will be required, if necessary, for the processing of their personal data.
DATA PROCESSING SUBJECTS
Following access and consultation of this website, data related to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
a) With reference to navigation data, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. These are not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. Data will be processed to respond to the request or to provide the service; it may also be used for informational, promotional, and commercial purposes related to products, services, and initiatives offered by Symbiagro SRL. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
Under Article 7 of the Privacy Code and Article 15 of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to: i. obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form; ii. obtain indication: a) of the origin of personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of processing; c) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) of the details of the data controller, the data processors, and the designated representative under Article 5, paragraph 2 of the Privacy Code and Article 3, paragraph 1, GDPR; e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing; iii. obtain: a) updating, rectification, or, where interested therein, integration of the data; b) erasure, anonymization, or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed; c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected; iv. object, in whole or in part: a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys, through the use of automated calling systems without the intervention of an operator by email and/or through traditional marketing methods by telephone and/or mail. It should be noted that the right of opposition of the data subject, as set out in the previous point b), for purposes of direct marketing through automated methods extends to traditional ones and that it remains the possibility for the data subject to exercise the right of opposition even only in part.
